This website ("the Website") and any sports wagering are governed by Bookmaker Sports Betting Rules as administered by Northern Territory Government. The terms, conditions, rules and regulations outlined in this document are subject to change without notice.
GENERAL
1. Eskander's Betstar is the trading name of Eskander's Betstar Pty Limited (ACN 74 069 665 935), a company registered in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001(Cth) ("BETSTAR"). Betstar is fully licensed in the Northern Territory, Australia by the Northern Territory Government to accept bets by telephone and the internet. The term "member" refers to any person who holds a Betstar betting Account.
PERSONAL INFORMATION (PRIVACY)
2. Personal Information of a member may include, without limitation, a member's:
a. name;
b. address;
c. bank account/ credit card details;
d. betting records; ande. ISP address,

3. The type of personal information that Betstar collects from its members will depend on the dealings the member has with Betstar, the requirements of any licenses Betstar holds, the accompanying conditions that apply to those licenses, and the laws and regulations that apply to Betstar's business, including, but not limited to, the Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006 ("the AML/CTF Act").
4. The member warrants and represents that any Personal Information supplied by the member to Betstar is true, correct and complete and will remain so.
5. A member will, upon request by Betstar establish the truth, correctness and completeness of any of the member's Personal Information. If any of the member's Personal Information changes at any time, the member will promptly notify Betstar of such change.
6. Betstar will take reasonable steps to:

5. A member will, upon request by Betstar establish the truth, correctness and completeness of any of the member's Personal Information. If any of the member's Personal Information changes at any time, the member will promptly notify Betstar of such change.
6. Betstar will take reasonable steps to:
a. make sure that the Personal Information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up to date;
b. protect the Personal Information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure; and
c. destroy or permanently de-identify Personal Information if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed under the Privacy Act 1988(Cth).
7. The member acknowledges and agrees that all Personal information held by Betstar may be used or disclosed by Betstar as set out below and as permitted by the Privacy Act 1988(Cth). Without limitation, a member's Personal Information may be collected, stored, used or disclosed:
a. to enable Betstar to perform its obligations to the member under this Agreement;
b. to enable Betstar to ensure that the member performs its obligations under this Agreement;
c. to a credit reporting agency;
d. to maintain a credit information file about the member;
e. to carry out Betstar's own credit assessment on the member;
f. for planning, research, promotion and marketing of Betstar products and services;
g. to organisations associated with the provision of Betstar's services, such as associated data centres, for marketing and analysis purposes;
h. to a potential purchaser of, or investor or in, any business conducted by Betstar;
i. Where Betstar is required to do so by law or where the disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the law.
j. to assist any other government agencies with enquiries made under state or federal legislation, for example Child Support Agencies;
k. to comply with Betstar's disclosure obligations to the racing industries and authorised sporting bodies in accordance with Betstar's contractual obligations to those state racing industries and authorised sporting bodies;
l. to comply with all obligations that Betstar has under its licence conditions, laws and regulations, including, but not limited to the AML/ CTF Act;
m. to assist a law enforcement agency or any government agency responsible for national security in the performance of its functions; and
n. to protect Betstar's rights or property or those of any other Website or Betstar service user, or any member of the public.
8. The member is welcome to request access to any Personal Information of the member that Betstar holds by contacting Betstar, click here.
9. There are circumstances in which Betstar is not required to give a member access to its Personal Information. Betstar will let the member know if one of these exceptions applies to the member's request.
10. If Betstar intends to charge the member a fee for Betstar providing the member with a copy of the Personal Information Betstar holds on that member. Betstar will inform the member of the cost before providing the member with the information.
11. If the member does not, or refuses to, provide Betstar with any Personal Information that Betstar reasonably requires, Betstar may, at Betstar's discretion, freeze or close any account the member holds with Betstar.

9. There are circumstances in which Betstar is not required to give a member access to its Personal Information. Betstar will let the member know if one of these exceptions applies to the member's request.
